The Best Holiday bookings are made only if the accommodation selected is available. You can check the availability online, through our chat, by phone or through our agencies partners.
For reservations during low or medium season we ask you the credit card details to confirm the booking. We don’t charge any deposit without your authorization or without prior notice from us via email or phone. For reservations during high season period (see season table), we charge the deposit from your credit card when we receive the booking. If the charge is positive, the reservation is automatically confirmed. Usually we do not send any other confirmation.
Deposit with bank transfer
The customers may transfer the amount of the deposit using these bank account details:

Within 3 days from booking date, Best Holiday has to receive, by mail or by fax the copy of the bank transfer.
Once we receive the bank wire transfer the booking is confirmed. If we don’t receive the bank transfer we’ll send you a notice and then delete your booking.
Be careful: Customers who may think that their booking may be confirmed without sending the requested deposit, may face, often in high season , a fully booked resort and no solution to give you and your family a place to sleep.
We ask you for damage deposit of 150 € cash at your arrival at check-in time. If you prefer it is possible to leave your credit card details instead. This damage deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if the mobil home is in perfect condition, cleaned and if it contains all the objects of the inventory.
For reservations during low and medium period you can pay the total amount at your arrival, by cash (preferred) or by credit card.
For reservations during high season period, you can pay the balance 20 days before your arrival by bank transfer (preferred) or credit card.
All our special offers are payable by cash or by bank transfer only (credit cards are accepted with a surcharge of 3%).
Once you have made your reservation, the accommodation is considered accepted as described in the hiring proposal. Afterthoughts on site or after expiration of the cancellation deadlines do not entitle to any refunds.
The reception staff can not order refunds in any case.
Check in time is possible from 3.00pm to 8.30pm. If you arrive earlier, you can park the car on the campsite and enjoy of all the services of the camping.
At your arrival we ask you for all your ID documents and we ask you for the remaining balance you have to pay for your reservation.
Late check-in is possible upon prior approval. Late check-in usually requires that the details of the guests, full payment and caution are fully paid before your late arrival.
You have to complete the check-out before 11am. Is not possible to occupy the mobil home for any longer, especially in high season. You can park your car in the guests parking and you can continue to use all the services of the campsite for the last day.
Upon request and only after our confirmation, a late check-out until 1.00pm may be possible in low and mid season. If we don’t answer, the request is not confirmed.
After check-out the mobile home is inspected and cleaned.
If you leave the camping before our inspection, we will charge the final cleaning fee € 45.
Best Holiday and its employees are not responsible for accidents, damages or theft that occurred on the camping.
All the guests of the mobile homes will be declared at the check-in and should respect the rules of the mobile home rental company and of the camping.
Best Holiday keeps the right to send away customers who may be disrespectful to rules, impolite or inadequate within the 5* resort. Customers who were sent away are not entited to any refunds .Before this drastic action they will receive a warning.
All guests have to respect the rules of the Les Prairies de la Mer Camping. In particular is strictly forbidden to use personal grills and external fires. If you use the car, the max speed on the camping is 15km/h. The security staff of the camp can expel guests for non-compliance with the rules of the campsite. These rare expulsions are preceded by two verbal warnings and do not give the right to any refund.
