Best Holiday website booking payments respects the SSL Security Standards. Bookings are paid via Paypal and Google Checkout and security standards. Your credit card informations are not stored by Best Holidays. Your credit card transactions will be processed via SSL and Https of Paypal and Google Checkout. Manual credit card charge can be done by Best Holiday using the POS (Point of Sale) of our bank Societè Generale.
Your booking made in an period marked as available will be confirmed within 3 working days. Your booking made in a period marked as "on request" will be confirmed as soon as possible and no more of 7 working days after the request. The non confirmed bookings will be communicated together with an alternative proposal or period. If you'll not accept the alternative proposal, your booking payment will be refund. The agency fees with the maximum of 30€ will be kept only if the booking was made via a travel agency.

The prices include : rental of Mobil-Home, parking, tax, and all facilities inside and outside of the Mobil-Home.
The prices do not include: the deposit of 150 € (fully refunded if the mobile home is left clean and in the same conditions as at arrival ). Final cleaning is necessary. If the mobile home will be left completely cleaned and neat it's fee. Otherwise there will be a cleaning fee of 45 € upon conditions .

If the deposit is not paid in time,we reserve the right to cancel your holiday arrangements.
The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 4 weeks before your departure date.
Cancellation of your holiday means loss of your deposit.
Rules of Reservation: The reservation of the Mobil-Home bungalow is confirmed by signing of the contract and after the payment of the advance required (30% of total). Cancellations result in loss of the advance payment. The cancellation must be written. The check-in takes place the day of booking at about 16 pm and checkout must be the day of departure before 10 am .
The camping is open from 27/03/10 until 10/10/10. Your Mobil-Home will be ready for you from 15h00 on the day of your arrival and you must leave it by 10h00 on the morning of the departure.
Tenants are required to respect to the policies of the camping village "Les Prairies de la mer".
