Prices are intended "per Mobil-Homes" and not per person. So for a family or small group becomes very convenient and smart :-) The mobile homes can accommodate up to a maximum of six people, including four adults. Ex. two couples + 2 children (12 years) or a couple + 4 children. By request in the "Prestige " Mobil-Homes we can accommodate larger families. Prices shown are per week, from Saturday 15 pm to Saturday 10am. In some periods of low season, you can rent the Mobil-Homes for weekends , (see table below).
Special 3 weeks for the price of 2. If you book 2 weeks in low season ,you get the third free! You can spend the third even separately according to availability.
Confort : 2 Bedrooms, shower room with W.C,Equipped Kitchen with dining room ,TV, Air conditioning,WI-FI.
Luxe: 2 Bedrooms, shower room with W.C , Equipped Kitchen with dining room , micro-wave ,TV , Air conditioning,WI-FI.
Prestige : 2/3Bedrooms shower room with W.C Equipped Kitchen with dining room, micro-wave,TV Air conditioning, WI-FI, Barbecue.
The prices include : rental of Mobil-Home, parking, tax, and all facilities inside and outside of the Mobil-Home.
The prices do not include:
- Bed sheets, towels,household linens only available upon request.
- Room service is not available.
- The deposit of 150 € (fully refunded if the mobile home is left clean and in the same conditions as at arrival ). Final cleaning is mobile home left not totally clean. If the mobile home will be left completely cleaned and neat it's fee.Otherwise there will be a cleaning fee of 45 € upon conditions .
There are not other costs. Please note that you must respect the terms and conditions of the lease

If the deposit is not paid in time,we reserve the right to cancel your holiday arrangements.
Cancellation of your holiday means loss of your deposit unless of different agreements which may be proposed by Best Holiday.
Rules of Reservation: The reservation of the Mobil-Home bungalow is confirmed by signing of the contract and after the payment of the advance required (30% of total). Cancellations result in loss of the advance payment. The cancellation must be written. The check-in takes place the day of booking at about 16 pm and checkout must be the day of departure before 10 am .
The camping is open from 27/03/10 until 10/10/10. Your Mobil-Home will be ready for you from 15h00 on the day of your arrival and you must leave it by 10h00 on the morning of the departure.
Tenants are required to respect to the policies of the camping village "Les Prairies de la mer".
